Stony Point Construction Co, (Larry Yancey) were the very best to deal with. Mr. Yancey presented a very professional Construction Agreement and it was very clear that he had listened to what we had told him we wanted when the project was completed, unlike several other contractors we had bid on the job. The project was started on time and completed on time and all with-in the budget he had proposed, even a bit less than expected. All workers were professional, polite and cleaned up the construction area each day and made sure they limited the construction dust was keep to a minimum in the rest of the house, all carpeted areas were protected appropriately. If we ever have another major project Stony Point Construction will be the company we will call.

It was a pleasure working with Larry Yancey. He always returned my phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner. He was always on time and kept me informed every step of the way. Larry Yancy and company helped me design and build a new quality modern kitchen matching the existing architecture in my 1920's home. This was a huge project for our humble home --- it began with foundation work and a complete makeover from floor to ceiling. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Stony Point has also renovated our three bathrooms and made out home very comfortable. I will call Stony Point for any future work.
