Valera is a consummate professional, he is a great communicator, spots places where other contractors made bad decisions and corrects them, and brings in projects on time and on budget. He was a pleasure to work with on our recent bathroom remodels. The first he took over after the previous contractor went AWOL and he was a total breath of fresh air! Totally reliable, pleasant to be around (even with my kids!), kept the site really tidy and was great about letting us know what the next steps were and when he needed input from us (like on placement of lights or mirrors. Recommend him highly.

Valera did a wonderful job repairing wood rot all around the back of our house and on our front stairs. I showed him a few places I knew were rotten, and after inspection, Valera found several more rotten boards. He removed all the rotten wood, cut new boards, installed them, sanded, caulked, and painted. The repairs look great. You can hardly tell the existing wood from the new. And throughout the project, Valera communicated clearly, was on-time, courteous, and friendly. I'd definitely work with him again. Thank you!

Valera did an amazing job repairing our deck support! Several of the posts were rotten, and he not only did a fantastic job replacing the rotten posts and securing them, but also waterproofed the concrete footings so the problem wouldn't happen again. He was clear and timely throughout, gave us a good price, and - - most importantly - - made sure everything was done well. We're so glad to be able to rely on our deck supports again, and are so grateful for the great work!
