Wilson installed windows and 3 doors in our entire house in 2005 and in our basement and garage in 2012. They were all of the highest quality. But the reason I am writing now is that the owner has come to our house at least 3 times to fix minor glitches at no charge long after the warranty was over. Both he and the company are terrific! (The price I have entered below was for the original all house job)

Over the past few years Wilson Home Restoration has replaced my siding, gutters, fascia, roof, windows and front door. On all projects, I had gotten multiple bids only to find out that WHR delivers competitive prices, high quality products, and superior installation. A builder once told me “you can buy the best material available, but if it doesn’t get installed properly you wasted your money”. WHR installers are neat, clean, and display high-end quality craftsmanship. Jim Wilson is very knowledgeable and guides you through the process and gives alternative suggestions on your home improvement projects.

I hired Wilson Home Restorations after receiving estimates from several other contractors including big box home stores. Because I needed a custom entry door (arched glass transom) the job presented some challenges that seemed to confound everyone I contacted. When Jim (owner) came to look at the job with experienced staff (some of them with the company over 20 years) they meticulously measured and placed an order for exactly what I wanted. Installation was timely and efficient. Talented, experienced carpenters were a pleasure to watch work. I couldn't be happier with the finished job.

I've had Wilson Home Restorations replace two sliding glass doors, three living room windows, three master bedroom windows, a dining room window, and a front door and screen door, done as two separate projects, the first in June 2016 and the most recent in April 2017. Jim has been very patient and accommodating as I determined what I wanted and provided several different options to select from. His installers are very nice and do a great job cleaning up after the installs. The pricing is reasonable for the quality materials used.

We have called Jim Wilson for many projects over the last twenty years. He uses high-quality products and highly talented employees to complete the work within the time frame he gives the customer. He installed new windows in our house 20 years ago. There has never been a reason to call him back with complaints. We still love our windows. More recently he installed new windows and doors in a townhome we own. We were happy with the work there too. We needed new gutters on our house. He offered us a great product, a fair price, and a quick installation. They have solved our "heavy rain not going into the gutters" problem. Jim and his crew are problem-solvers and craftsmen. We have always been very satisfied with their work and we are happy we are supporting a local business.
