When I first started this process, I had no idea what product I wanted and went back 4 times to look at the options. Each time, everyone I talked to was super patient, helpful and really knew their stuff. They also never seems annoyed that I was back but instead welcomed me like I was an old friend. I did buy a gas fireplace and the installation crew was great at showing me how to work it and didn't leave until I was completely comfortable. Can't say enough - - I highly recommend them!”

When they arrived at our home the neatness and cleanliness of their truck, equipment and personal dress reassured us that these were individuals who took pride in their work and their appearance. Impressive start! First off, the install team was on time to the minute. Second, they were respectful and careful, placing clean work tarps and blankets throughout the work area. Third they were efficient, e.g. had all their parts, tools and materials on hand. Once they started they didn't finish until the job was done. Fourth, they did exactly what they promised. The sales person had told us it was about a 3 hour job, and our install team made it happen. Fifth, the unit was installed with no issues, they showed us how to operate it, how to install the safety screens etc. Lastly, they left the work space immaculately clean. Highly recommended!”
