“Underfoot Floors did an excellent job refinishing our 15 year-old oak floor. They were on-time, on-budget and easy to work with. About 500 sq. ft. had to be replaced due to wear in high traffic areas. the new wood took the finish differently and had some contraction due to low humidity. Underfoot evaluated the situation, recommended re-finishing the new wood and did it all effectively and without addition charge.”
