She was very patient and took a lot of time with us to enable us to make the right product selections. We ultimately purchased carpet, laminate flooring, vinyl floor tiles, rubber floor tiles, and some ceramic tile from Conaway. Everything was ordered and delivered timely. Their installers were also very professional and did a fantastic job. We would have also purchased hardwood from Conaway but unfortunately the product we selected was not as expected when it was delivered. Tammy, and Mike the owner of Conaway, completely agreed that it was unacceptable and not as represented by the samples, and returned it to the distributor for full credit. We ended up doing a site finished hardwood floor but only because we couldn't find a prefinished product we liked better after returning the first choice. I highly recommend Conaway if you want quality products and workmanship and like be treated right from start to finish.”
