Kim offered a forward-thinking design plan that would help us not only address the current situation, but help us plan for the future. “Travis was very friendly and easy to work with. He came to our house with samples and really helped us both understand the process and benefits of different flooring types. We ended up going with a vinyl plank for two rooms that looks like wood AND it's more durable. We also went with the baseboard upgrade, which looks really good as well. The contractors were able to come earlier than expected and finished in about a day and a half. Overall, we have been very impressed with the communication and final product.”
