“Phoenix Hardwood was very meticulous in their work and very responsive to the requests that we had. We have over 6000 square feet and they did most of the floors in solid wood. It is a two story, older house that was built in 1986. They had their work cut out for them since the house had lots of stairs. Dan did the stairs himself and was picky about how they were done. He was OCD about it and made sure there were no creaks and did a phenomenal job. We even felt comfortable enough to give Dan a key to our house so he could come and work even when we weren't home. I highly recommend hiring this company, their work is exceptional!”

“Work was excellent, the team did a large patio, 3 bedrooms and closets plus a stack stone wall. Loved working with the installation team, they take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. have had lots of complements on the flooring, highly recommend Jesus and his teams. “Highly recommend this business for all your flooring needs. We went into the showroom and the guys there are friendly and knowledgeable. We took home a few samples of flooring to see how it would look in our home. We realized the current flooring in our home is thicker than what we wanted for the price we were looking for so they came up with some ideas on what we could do. We ended up getting cork underpayment and were able to purchase flooring for the entire house as what we chose was in stock. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!”

“Andrei and his associate Emmanuel were very professional, patient and timely in completing their work. They had to work under the most difficult circumstances due to my lack of approval for the flooring with an HOA, returning on a second day to do the work and losing their own time on the day scheduled. In addition to that the flooring company gave them the wrong product and had it wrong on the receipt, so there was additional time wasted and they had a lot of traveling to do to pick up the correct product to finally complete the job. I am very happy with all their services, most importantly the precise job they did of the flooring since I only accept the highest quality work. I would hire them again if the need arises. I had extensivie work done in my house and the skill of the workmen and technicians, the meticulous work of the painters, the old world craftsmanship of the stone and tile workers, and the insistence on quality by supervisors at every level are the best by far of any work I've seen anywhere. They showed up on time, worked hard every day, were candid and honest on what was required of the work, and they effectively protected the rest of the house from dust and debris while working. They even sent in a cleaning crew at no cost, when they learned I had house guests during the project. Every specialist working on my house was conversant in their trade, courteous, and very good at what they did. The quality of their work was better than you'll find anywhere else. Jason, the overall manager in Phoenix, and Abel, the Tucson manager were personally involved in the quality of the project, with Jason checking on the work frequently, and Abel checking daily.
