“Top notch! Burroughs Hardwoods is an outstanding company to work with! We bought a home that needed complete remodeling and renovations. The first thing to go was all of the old carpets. We decided to replace all of our floors with hardwood flooring. We always try to give local businesses work when we can, so we decided to give Burroughs Hardwoods a shot. We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the store until our floors were installed. It is a small family owned and operated business so we got to work with the owners first hand. They were very knowledgeable on all of the products (this was extremely helpful because I knew nothing going into this!) They were patient with me as a had to consider every color/type of floor in the store to ensure that I was picking the right one (I'm very indecisive). We were able to bring samples home with us to think about and there was no pressure to have to make our decision right away. We had to replace all of the floors downstairs and upstairs, so we knew that the cost would be significant. They were very fair and honest with their pricing (we priced around as well). We are EXTREMELY pleased with our floors and would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others.”

“This company was wonderful. Jay, Laura and their team do beautiful work. They put in hardwood floors throughout our first floor- and because of their beautiful work, we had Jay redo the outside of our fireplace, the backsplash in our kitchen as well as add some molding to our entry way. Truly beautiful. Jay and Laura are extremely talented, responsible and just really good people. If you find them and then hire them, consider yourself lucky!”

“Mike and Quality Carpets have worked in my home for six years. Found my hardwood flooring as soon as I stepped into his store. I made up my mind within seconds. Their price was very competitive and they were very professional. They did a great job of protecting my belongings and the other parts of my home from the dust and dirt during installation and did a great job cleaning up when the job was completed! They followed up with me a week later to see if we were satisfied and brought is some free cleaning product to care for our new beautiful hardwood floors!
