The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. “Great communication. Knowledgeable. Nice crew to work with. I had them on a major renovation of an old farmhouse. Floors were leveled. Major beams were installed. Complete replacement of electric service. Addition built. Entire inside of the house reframed and converted from double to single family home. Bill Shafer handled everything from permits and inspections to ordering and coordinating with all of the other trades. The site is not an easy one to work on with tight access and challenging location. Everyone that came to the project handled it well and did great work. This was the first project that I worked with Bill on. I made a lot of changes along the way and they rolled with me no problem. This house literally had some amount of everything done to it. In 2012, we met Tim at the Philadelphia Home Show, and were impressed by Tim’s portfolio of previous designs and building projects. On his first visit to our home in the Philadelphia suburbs Tim impressed us again with his instant understanding of our home improvement needs. We wanted to build a new bathroom in a little-used space that was attached to our master bedroom, but Tim suggested a much better solution; building an addition to the house’s second floor, and placing the bathroom in it. This way we got a fabulously looking new master bathroom that is an envy of our friends and neighbors, and avoided a mistake of building a bathroom that would be to small and not convenient. Timothy also designed and built for us a mudroom in front of our house, completely redesigned and rebuilt our patio, and changed the siding all around the house. We are very satisfied with the quality of his design and workmanship of his crew. Tim is a very experienced project manager, and he worked hard to accommodate our specific requirements during the project and to adjust all the logistics accordingly. He was able to keep the project deadlines despite very unfavorable weather conditions, the climax of which was Hurricane Sandy. During the project we occasionally changed our mind regarding some details (e.g., selection of tiles), and Tim was always ready to either accept our new ideas or, when they were not practical, offer very good alternatives. During the project we developed a trusting, friendly relationship with Timothy and many of his crew members. We were so satisfied with our collaboration with Tim that, after the first big project was completed, we tasked him with a couple of smaller projects in our house (e.g., staircase renovation), and outside (landscaping).
