BIA Parade of Homes

Held Sept. 19-Oct.. 4, the 2015 BIA Parade of Homes showcases high‐end, luxury homes crafted by the region's premier builders. The 2015 Parade will take place at the beautiful new Northstar Community, located just north of I-270 off of I-71 in Delaware County. A 1,700-acre mixed-use development, Northstar Community will feature more than 1,300 single-family homes when completed, as well as 300 acres of commercial sites and locations for elementary and middle schools.
