Donn Mills is the ultimate professional. He built a duplex on a lot that was scraped from a single family in the Highlands area of North Denver. I asked him before the project started to build my duplex as if it was his own and he did all that and more! He was involved from the very beginning working with my architect to look for efficiencies and design improvements. We made upfront modifications that easily saved 20-30K on overall project. He was always one step ahead during all phases of the project managing all sub-contractors to perfection. Quality is always in the forefront and never sacrificed. We had no delays or downtime. The total size was over 6000/sq ft finished in a little over 8 months. The project finished on time and under budget, solely due to Donn's expertise and knowledge. He was a pleasure to work with and very easy going. He always answered my phone calls or texts promptly. We will be working together on multiple projects in the future. I highly recommend his work.
