“I had a problem with a leak over the sliding glass door in the courtyard. This was repaired and I have not had any more problems. . Also, the outside of my house had to be repainted using 5 different shades of paint. This was done in a superb manner. Everything was done nicely. The houses are only 44" apart in this subdivision and so you had to be very careful of the other property. It was all done in a professional manner with no problems. I would recommend The Norwood Group to anyone without any reservations.”

“These guys were great, we did a whole house remodel and couldn't be happier. We have done other projects with different builders in the past and were reluctant to take on such a large project. It was so refreshing to work with a builder that truly understood what we wanted from a design aspect and were able to execute within a tight budget and timeframe. They completed the job a few weeks ahead of time and the quality is top notch. We wont be doing any more remodeling for a long time but when we do we will definitely be calling ECO. Thanks so much guys! We love our new home.”

“We are getting our basement done by Segway Properties and I have to say we don't regret the decision that we made at all. Their star employee by far is Brandon who is always professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He is always around to answer questions and is extremely knowledgeable. If we were to ever build another custom home in Georgia, we for sure would call Brandon to get things done.”

“My husband and I worked with RHR renovating our current home, which is on this site under Grant Park Whole House Renovation #3. This project was a massive undertaking and one we wouldn't have even considered doing if not for RHR!! The house was not livable when we purchased it. Our project included adding a second story, redoing the entire layout, adding substantial foundation work, installing all new systems, restoring 4 fireplaces, rebuilding the front porch, adding a screened in patio, etc. A project of this magnitude can be very stressful. However, I am happy to report that our experience was not largely due to our partnership with RHR. The final product they delivered was better than we imagined it could be and we are so thankful we made the decision to go forward with it! RHR was a joy to work with! They kept up with every detail along the way, oftentimes even reminding us of things we had requested months previously. Their knowledge and experience helped us make better decisions. The subcontractors they partner with are respectful, friendly, hardworking, and extremely skilled at their lines of business. RHR followed up on any requests, changes, or questions we had immediately. Overall, I highly recommend them!”
