JP and his team were a pleasure to work with! JP is trustworthy and truly wants to give you the home of your dreams. He maintains a respectful balance of allowing the choices to be up to the customer but is able to offer his knowledgeable guidance and advice to help make decisions during the planning process. JP will work with the budget that you have without trying to entice you to do more things that would cause you go over your budget. Caroline (office manager) is very responsive, well organized, and on top of things. Preston was our project manager and he is absolutely wonderful! He made the project feel less stressful and walked us through each step with open communication and honesty. If you choose JP and his team, they most certainly will not let you down!

J. Parrish Builders did a fabulous job finishing our basement. I can't keep my three year old son from playing down there. Finished the project a month ahead of schedule and followed up with any problems or issues on a timely basis. I am so happy we are asking them to look into a second project. Strongly recommend using them!!

Very personable and excellent work. Kyle was project manager and he was outstanding. He always took care of the little things …..making sure that they were done correctly.

JP and his group were great JP and his group were great to work with. We worked with them on a complete kitchen renovation, and they were with us every step of the way. From quoting and design to final touches and closeout, they ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. Caroline, the office manager, was very responsive to all our requests and changes, and Preston, the project manager, provided good oversight to the project through its completion. Even after the project was finished, JP and his team fixed all warranty requests in a timely manner. Their initial timeline for project completion was more optimistic than they were able to fulfill, but some of that was due to supply chain delays. As with any large project, there were hiccups along the way. However, these were addressed immediately, and we were always satisfied with the resolution. I am glad we chose J. Parrish Builders and plan to use them on our next renovation.to work with.

I would highly recommend J. Parrish builders for renovation or building projects. They have skilled workers who complete tasks in a timely manner and are cheerful and tidy. There is always daily communication between the the supervisors and the customers. It was a pleasure to have them renovate our office space and build our garage. While the whole process of construction can be a bit terrifying at times to people with no experience, my fiancé & I always felt we were in capable hands at all times with JP. From start to finish, he & his entire staff remained kind, patient, responsive, & extremely professional regarding every aspect of our project. JP came as a recommendation from friends who are commercial builders and couldn’t help us with a residential project. We were so happy with the garage that we are now having him completely renovate our house. JP, Kyle, Caroline and David are the best team we have ever worked with in any capacity. They are meticulous about plans so that there are no surprises. They are extremely experienced and patient with questions and changes. We worked with J Parrish Builders on a basement/porch finish this year after they built our house a few years ago. They are a very honest, trustworthy, and ethical group to work with.

It’s all about the details. The process to build the entire project before getting started was exactly what we were looking for. Zero concerns about surprises when the whole project and budget is spelled out before the initiation of the job. The construction process was monitored closely and we were kept in the loop multiple times a week. Excellent process by a professional and detail oriented company.

My wife and I bought the house in May, 2021. There was major remodeling/refurbishing work that was needed. We contracted with J. P. Parrish Professional Builders to manage the work. Essentially we contracted for almost a complete new house, i.e. new roof, new electrical system throughout, new kitchen, new family room, hardwood floors, various new windows, complete painting both inside and out, new kitchen, and many other items. All people we dealt with whether employees of J.P. Parrish or subcontractors were extremely customer focused in answering questions, doing & completing the work to our complete satisfaction. We strongly recommend J.P. Parrish to anyone needing remodeling work on their house.

JP and his team were great to work with. He delivered an incredible house on time and within budget (during the supply chain crisis). He has a lot of institutional knowledge and was very helpful during the design phase of our new build. I would highly recommend J Parrish Builders!

JP and Preston are absolutely fantastic and this was the most enjoyable experience that our family could have building a home. JP is unique in the home design process in that all decisions/selections for the home are made prior to breaking ground. Thus, we had time to think and plan properly for decisions, were able to make the selections without the constraints of an already-locked-in budget, and with complete transparency as to where the cost was going for every decision. This approach avoids the typical stress that comes with making decisions with limited time and limited options due to the budget having already been set and the selections you ultimately want don't fit within the "budget." JP possesses the highest level of integrity, is a servant in everything he does, communicates well, and runs a fantastic building operation. There is no better experience possible.
