“Great experience working with the Bob's team. The sales rep showed me their menu or offered to design a custom layout (extra cost). I wanted an ADU to be used for additional dwelling unit. After research container homes were the easiest (most dont need foundation) . I called a few place and no one picked up or called back except Bob's Containers. They had a several photos of their work. I booked a sales consult with a sales rep and chose their Alpine which was simple layout . They even gave me airBnB report that show it paying itself off under 18 months if rented out. After placing an order I had 2 meeting with project manager who confirmed details , went over their swatch, and discuss upgrading options. I upgraded from a shower insert to custom tile shower. After the consults they started my build within couple weeks. I was given a login to their build portal where photos were given to me twice a week. I was able to see all the phases and communicate directly with the builders. When it was done their quality team sent me a walk through video, copy of the quality checklist sheets, and did a facetime. After I signed off their dispatcher called me to discuss delivery. They even sent a contractor to come inspect my backyard to ensure it would fit with just a truck, The home came a week later and they arranged a local handyman to connect it to my home setup . Very easy process Super transparent. Young team with lots of energy and a good process.”
