In 1986 Skip Lacy, owner of L & L Builders, Inc. started his career in the construction industry as a second generation home builder. His father, Wayne Lacy founded L & L Builders in Springdale, AR as a family business. Skip specializes in custom built, single family homes. Whether it’s a weekend cabin or an estate, customer service is always a top priority. Skip’s philosophy is not to build “cookie cutter tract homes” like some of the larger builders, and doesn’t believe in the assembly line approach. He is a hands on builder that personally oversees all aspects of the construction project, from beginning to well after the job is completed.
