From his office staff to all his subcontractors. The design process was great fun (and exciting too). Jeff and Justin came up with a completely new floor plan for us which fits our life style perfectly. To put it in a nutshell... You get more than you expect! Even though all the specifications are listed out for you, the actual finished product is much better than shown. Granted, we went over budget in certain areas (like the kitchen) but Jeff's budgets are quite generous! When ever we asked for something, Jeff's response was always "Yes".
