“Larry Meyer Construction remodeled part of our home this past summer. We came to them on a very tight timeline and they completed the work quickly and everything turned out beautiful. They met with us personally and helped tailor the project to fit our style and needs. They also coordinated all of the sub-contractors including the electrician, plumber and painter for us so we didn’t have to worry about anything. “We built a house with Jason in 2015. He was very easy to get along with and listened to what we wanted. He communicated very well through out the build process and payed close attention to the work being done as well. We got so much house without any wasted space. We did have some minor issues (piece of tack board under a carpet, small "settling" crack in plaster) that we found after moving in, but Jason was quick to get the subs to come back and make the issues right. Every sqft was used wisely. Unfortunately, certain things in life may call for us to to move soon, but we are already communicating with Modern Built Homes to build our next home. I look forward to working with Jason again.”
