“I brought in the folks at EQ Audio Video to set up a sound system for the family room. They absolutely took care of everything, and I love the setup they but together. I'm not terribly savvy around these types of systems and asked them to come up with a setup that they would use, as if it was their own home. They devised a fantastic system, and a quotation that was quite reasonable. They stuck to it and there were no surprises in price or system. I love the setup I now have. They even programmed the single remote to control everything and idiot-proofed it for me. I'd highly recommend their work, and have since brought them in again for an unrelated installation.”

“Bill and his crew were very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. From the planning stages, all the way to installation and programming, they went out of their way to ensure the setup was exactly to our liking. We have security, lighting/shades, and home entertainment/audio components throughout the home, all beautifully and seamlessly integrated using a Control4 backbone with remote access. The final product is very organized and polished. They are still readily available and helpful for continued tech support over a year since we moved in. “Pro Shade provided shades for three rooms, including double shading for one room. This was a sun filter shade with a blackout shade behind it. There was a technician who came twice to measure and then measure again when the blinds were almost finished. They too almost a full day to carefully install the blinds but they are perfect. They reach the sills and they all move beautifully. This is the third time I have used them and I am always pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. They phoned to tell me they were going to be 1/2 hour late!”
