Lisa did an amazing job of helping us prepare our house for sale earlier this year. This was our first time using a professional stager, and we weren't sure what to expect at first. But Lisa quickly put our minds at ease with her experience and keen eye for professional decoration as well as her welcoming and pleasant demeanor. She recommended interior and exterior paint colors which were very inviting. And in just three hours Lisa completely transformed the look and feel of our house by arranging furniture in ways we'd never considered, putting up artwork and moving books and other objects to create the most inviting space possible. Testament to her expertise is that nearly every potential buyer that came through the house commented on the fabulous decoration. If you want to present your home at its very best, I would highly recommend hiring Lisa to get the job done!

Lisa is incredible! She made our house looks so darn good we almost had to reconsider selling it! We had over a dozen showings and 2 offers within 24 hours on our house! I then also decided to sell my rental property and had Lisa stage that as well for the photos and it went under contract within 7 days. For selling a property it is money well spent and you will not regret it!

We consulted with Lisa before listing our house. She spent 3 hours with me going through our home making suggestions in regards to furniture, paint colors etc. We repainted 3 rooms, changed the grout color in one bathroom, changed a few light fixtures and removed a lot of furniture. It was the best thing we did. Our house had an offer in 10 days and a second offer 5 days after that. We listed and closed in less than 2 months! We wish we had consulted with Lisa on a condo that we sold 2 years prior. It took us a year to sell.

Lisa was wonderful to work with! She helped us stage our home when we were looking to sell and our home ended up selling in 4 days! Lisa also helped us pick out our paint colors for our new home. She did a great job listening to our opinion and providing her own. She helped us feel comfortable with our choices but with a little more design element that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. When I met with my real estate agent, he suggested that I professionally stage my home. Though I was extremely skeptical about the benefits of staging, I agreed to meet with someone from Home Staging by Lisa. When I met with Lisa, we must have spent a couple of hours going over each room, discussing which rooms would be the best candidates for staging. After explaining the whole process, we then came up with a plan and timeline. Not only is she incredibly talented, but very personable, responsive and hands on.
