Signature Staging SD

Beware- Several concerning issues with this company. This company was supposed to move out all of their staging items. I came back to my home the next day, and I found several staging items, previously on display, stuffed into our cabinets. In addition, one of the workers left a banana peel to rot in an upstairs cabinet. When I asked the company owner, she stated that her worker admitted to leaving the banana peel behind. She was not sure why the staging items were stuffed into cabinets and left behind in my home. In addition, my back patio door was left unlocked, and a garage door to the home left open (both were locked before her workers came to the property). They had taken a tv mount off my wall for staging, and left the drywall debris on the floor which they did not sweep up after leaving. Their staging items are dirty—there was dirt left on our floors. One of the workers used our toilet for a bowel movement, and there was some stool staining in the toilet bowl. Prior to staging, we had a deep cleaning and it was move in ready. After staging items were removed, our home was left dirty. I spent two and a half hours cleaning and checking all cabinets. All Signature Staging’s owner said was sorry. I even took pictures of the concerning issues, which were sent to the owner from my realtor. Overall an unprofessional business. I would not recommend their services if you value the safety and cleanliness of you home. I mean who leaves a banana peel rotting in your upstairs cabinet—gross. I am happy I came back to the home one last time before handing over keys. I can’t imagine the horror of the new owners coming in, doing their final walk through, and finding their future home in that state. It could have jeopardized the sale of our home. Think twice before using this company.

Signature staging staged our home. They did a terrible job. I was very specific in requesting to be involved in picking out furnishings for the home. They put mediocre outdated furniture in an expensive home and the home sat on the market for 2 months costing us a lot of money. We paid the original agreed upon fees but they decided to charge an additional few hundred dollars which was submitted late to the escrow. I did not agree to pay those fees since they had delayed, done a poor job, been unresponsive etc. I received an email that if I don't pay $5000 I will be taken to small claims court. It's amazing how a few hundred dollars turned into 5000. I would not recommend this company to anyone selling a home.

The team oat SIGNATURE STAGING is the BEST! Their design and furniture placement along with the art and accessories make the house feel like home. The professional staff are clean and respectful. All members wear masks and adhere to Covid precautions. The difference between a vacant house and a Signature Staging staged home is incredible! We have been able to sell our houses for over asking with the amazing staging from Stignatue Staging. It feels like walking into a hug !

Signature Staging is the BEST! Amazing design work, beautiful furniture and accessories, quick staging! In less than a day they transformed this vacant property into a welcoming HOME! They have also helped occupied properties, with accenting the amenities of the property with simple furniture placement, new brick-a-brack, and suggestions for maximum visual aesthetics. It made such a huge difference with seeing the house with furniture. It made it so inviting. When I walked into this house after the staging, it felt like walking into a HUG!
