“In working with Trinity and Laurie from Trovecollective to stage our home for pending sale, we found the experience very refreshing and somewhat cathartic. Honestly, there was an initial resistance to the change they brought to the staging effort, but after trusting the process we dove in and joined the “decluttering” surge that went through our entire house! Trinity and Laurie work as a tight knit team, nearly silent but always checking in with us to both comfort and coach us along the way. The end result was a “minimalistic” resemblance of our previous perception of what our home should look like! Our advice would be to think of it as a much needed haircut or dental cleaning… the final result feels a bit uncomfortable at first but as you start to imagine living in a more spartan home, the ability to move quickly when a showing appointment is set, can allow you to hastily retreat without hours of extraordinary effort. A staging also puts you in a place of honoring your home and seeing it, and potentially your life from a different perspective.
