“When my husband and I decided to sell our very small first home so we could purchase a larger home I was about 7 months pregnant with our first child. After several months of searching for a home, while slowly packing up our house and preparing it for baby’s arrival we finally decided to take the leap and put our house up on the market. I couldn’t believe my eyes! She also gave me cleaning tips that made my house absolutely gleam. The day my realtor’s photographer came to take photos for the website we had our first offer (all cash) from someone just passing by. After our open house we had 7 offers on our little house! I just could not believe it! I know that there would be no way we could ever have received so many offers or sold our house for so much money without Nichol’s instructions and staging.”
