“Anna did incredible work staging my recent listing and was very quick and accommodating around our schedule. Anna is very creative and used color and a mixture of styles, textures and patterns to create a very defined and modern look. It all worked perfectly! The house looked fantastic and we sold it over asking and in multiple offers. One client even asked if they could buy the house with all of the furnishings. The staging received many compliments and other agents even asked for her contact info.”

“Songbird Staging is my go to for home staging! I appreciate the unique look they create and how professional and efficient services are delivered. They have an amazing ability to quickly design and transform a space and does not miss a detail. They take a blank canvas and create high end art. I highly recommend Songbird Staging!”

“Kayvon and his team were amazing. I interviewed about 4 different stagers and Imagine This Staged had the freshest and most modern decor along with the utmost level of professionalism and execution. Though this staging company wasn't the cheapest, it was probably one of the best investments I made in terms of selling our home (in addition to the kitchen and master bath). Not to mention, they were one of the easiest vendors to work with while providing incredible peace of mind and meeting necessary timelines/schedules. Staging in my opinion is definitely an area in which you get your money back at the very least if not more in the long run. If you've ever been to an Open House, having the owner's current furniture or an empty place generally doesn't help accentuate the home. We had so many compliments mentioning that our place was a model home. Open House on Saturday/Sunday, multiple offers by Monday, accepted on Tuesday. Though they probably couldn't turn an ugly home into a masterpiece, I'm confident Kayvon and his amazing team could make a nice home look even nicer to maximum your return when you sell your place.”
