“Tolbard's was extremely professional. The owner, Tony, met with me to discuss installing two split units in my older (1910) home. He provided me with a timely and competitive bid. From the office people to the installation people, everyone was friendly, knowledgable, timely, and professional. I also had his service staff clean and service three older units in the house. “Received an estimate with options for new HVAC system. Although the one I originally wanted was too costly, they did install a decent system that worked. The techs were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The salesperson made a follow up call to ensure my system was working properly. Although some have said I paid too much for the system I bought, I think the company is reputable overall and I am very satisfied with the results.”

“ESA replaced our fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace and replaced the old A/C with a more energy efficient model. They arrived on time, did the job as we had agreed, for the price we agreed and left everything in working order. They came back out for a service call (no charge) because we needed an additional tutorial on how the system humidifier worked once the seasons changed.”
