“We have used Sala Air Conditioning to maintain our HVAC systems for years. They always come when they say they will and have always been prompt when issues have arisen. Just before the Christmas holidays last December, both old furnaces developed fatal problems so Sala replaced both immediately so that our grandchilden would be comfortable. A few weeks ago, we had them back to replace the old cooling systems with new. Everything is working perfectly.”

“I have had 1st Response service my HVAC system twice now. The first visit, Tyler showed me the parts that had been wired incorrectly which allowed the unit to function but it was lazy work done before I purchased the home. He properly installed new components insuring that there was no strain on the system. I called 1st Response again in November 2017 to service our furnace. Tyler is courteous (EX. called within :30 minutes before arriving and wears coverings over his shoes while inside the home), explains things clearly, and his rates are fair. I will be using 1st Response again when needed.”

Even gave us suggestions on what we might want to do but were never pushy about trying to get us to do extra work at a reduced price. Very respectful employees. Then, supplementing with solar cells. This wholistic approach sold me on Apex! Apex installed everything quickly. They communicated with me very well. Even now, after the system is installed, they still respond well to my questions. Their system is interfaced, and easy to use. I set up three heating/cooling zones. They are easy to control and monitor.”
