Just before the Christmas holidays last December, both old furnaces developed fatal problems so Sala replaced both immediately so that our grandchilden would be comfortable. A few weeks ago, we had them back to replace the old cooling systems with new. Everything is working perfectly.”

“Tom's has helped me with my residential and commercial properties for 6+ years. For my personal residence, I loved how I had the same tech for four years (he moved to the commercial side). We built a level of trust, I was comfortable with him in my home, and the fact he worked there so long further cemented my belief I am working with a great company. For my commercial needs, I appreciated the extra level of inspection and thought they put into my projects while helping guide me to better solutions; not necessarily more expensive or cheaper, but more in line with my goals. My favorite two favorite stories: 1) 3 companies said I needed a new heater and system between $4,500-$6,500. Tom's spent three times as long inspecting the system and determined I only needed 3 new double A batteries in my thermostat and a $150 part in my heater. 2) My AC went out in August at 5:30pm on a Saturday. After calling their after hours line I had a call from a tech in 15 minutes offering to be at my house in one hour...ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!! I am sure there are cheaper companies and I know there are more expensive ones. The service and trust level with Tom's makes them the most cost effective provider I know. I have referred Tom's countless times and I have NEVER had someone state anything gratitude for the introduction to this fine company. If nothing else, look at the length of this endorsement I am happy to do out of gratitude for the respect and service they have shown my family.”

“Signed up for the 3 years contract to service our A/c unit. They called when it was time to come check the unit out and always did a very professional job. Even gave us suggestions on what we might want to do but were never pushy about trying to get us to do extra work at a reduced price. Very respectful employees. Glad to have had them come check things out.”

“Another HVAC company looked at my AC unit and brushed the issue off as it was nothing. When I continued to have issues, I asked for a different HVAC company to be sent by my HWA and the sent Aire Texas - I am SO glad they did! The staff that have come to work on my AC have always been curteous and professional, and every time I have called Ruth for an appointment or information, she has been exceptionally kind and helpful. For a single mom in her first home, I could not be more grateful to have Aire Texas in my resources.”
