“End of May 2014, a few weeks ago, Jim and his employee removed my old A/C system and installed a brand new one. I had received three quotes and his was the best by a decent margin. My review: * He showed up on time and on the day it was agreed upon, * He was extremely careful not to bring any dirt into my house when he was walking through it, * He was very attentive to my requests * He finished his work on time and * MY A/C HAS NEVER WORKED BETTER!! “On time and not pushy like most plumbers.... Great honest work for a fair price...I had my HVAC installed by another company and found out that they were not honest and didnt do such a hot job.... I had a service contract with the other contract and my filters were never changed 7 years plus...Chris the owner of Raffa plumbing and heating came to my house with another worker and re-piped the units in the attic because they were pitched the wrong way. They also serviced both units and showed us how to change the filters ourselves... What plumber and HVAC company will do that for you...I will always use this company...”

“When we bought our home, we had several heating and cooling companies come to assess our non- functioning central air conditioning system. Every company, except Design Air Inc., could only suggest that the entire system be replaced, costing over $10,000. Design Air however, suggested that the system was only a few years old and that there was a way to repair it at significant savings. The workmen were prompt, efficient and professional. Our cooling units have been running perfectly for over five years now. We continue to use Design Air for yearly maintenance and repair work on both of our heating and cooling systems. Their rates are reasonable and their professional are a pleasure to work with.”
