“Advent Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner in our home. The installers were very professional and wore booties to protect our floors. They had all the technology to install and test to be sure all worked great before the left. What was amazing is they told us we would save 30%-50% on our electricity bill and during hot, hot Texas summer our bill did drop 50%. Great way to save short term and long term. Their follow up scheduled maintenance care has been great and on time. Would recommend them to all.”

“Wonderful service. Had condensation build up in the flute to the roof leaking inside the attic dripping onto the ceiling all the way in the house. Called burnside mckinney and they immediately new it was the flute cap on the roof. Roofer put the wrong cap on causing the condensation to build up inside the flute. Put the right size cap on and no more condensation inside the flute. Could of had the roofer replace the cap for free but didn't want to wait or depend on them. Thank you Dean.”

“Our air conditioner went out in an evening in July (after hours), and it just so happened to be the evening before my husband's surgery the next day. So we couldn't wait until the next day to get it fixed. I needed to find someone ASAP. I went down a list until I found Collin Air was able to do it that night at a perfectly reasonable rate. He fixed it and we had cold air blasting within a couple hours. From then on, we have used Collin Air anything else that came up with our AC or heater, and have used their service protection plan. They are great, on time, competitive rates, quality service. I highly recommend.”

The owner, Gary Oaks called after I left a voice mail message, I explained what was wrong with the AC Unit, he scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and was able to quickly fix the problem. “My husband and I were highly recommended Air Tech Solutions by Bruce Bennett, who is a good friend of ours. From the first call we made, to scheduling an appointment, to Lewis coming out to our house were all a very pleasant experience. Louis and Holly worked with us in regard to the financing so that we could afford a new air conditioner and furnace.
