“Our HVAC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and AJ Michaels Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. The replacement unit was available quickly and the employee who installed it did a fine job, was very thorough. Everyone had very good customer service skills.”

“My technician DJ was here a short bit ago. This is the first time I had met him. Like all the other techs before him, he did an awesome job. I’ve been with Aire Serv for many years and have NEVER had a complaint. He was very personable, very clean and respectful. I certainly give him high marks. Through conversation they learned that I was waiting to have two doggy doors installed and they did it right there on the spot! “I will never use another cooling and heating company. Two other companies told me that I needed a new heating system. I thought their prices were way to expensive and decided to call a smaller company. Griff's Heating and Air showed up the same day that I called. Everyone was kind and respectful. A few minor repairs (about $150) and my heat was working. Griff's Heating and Air has great customer service and they are honest!!!”
