“Purchased a condo and had no idea the last time my Islandaire unit was cleaned. Phillip gave me an estimated amount which included taking it apart and doing a proper thorough cleaning (not just vacuuming). When he arrived I might add on the worse winter day of April on time!. I was already impressed BUT than he looked at the unit and confirmed that it was not ready to be cleaned. SAVED me $$$$$$. Did not charge for his assessment. I will not only use him in the future but will gladly refer him to everyone in this condo and who hopefully is reading this review!! I hope he remains in business for a long time as, this day and age you do not find a business man with this kind of honest integrity! Gold STAR service. P.S he was highly recommended by Islandaire located in the states and the superintendent in the building.”

“Ontario Safety Standards service is Best in Ontario. New compressor which had warranty of 5 years was non-functional within a year. Ontario Safety Standards charged to replace that. On top of that, Service man who came to replace compressor was so rude. Really Good Service.”
