“Premier did the geothermal system for our new house. They are the ultimate professionals. The work was tidy and thoughtful from the wells drilled to the ducting inside the house. Recently we had a minor problem with the system. The service technician came right out to check on it. What I found remarkable was that instead of making excuses or blaming the fellow who had omitted a part, he said, "This is my fault. I should have noticed this when i did your start up." That spoke volumes to me. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is a dying breed of man who takes responsibility and makes it right.”
