“Arthur (the service rep that handled this project), is what I consider top notch. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I had a complete a/c outage. Not pleasant this time of year. It was only hours from the time I placed a call, till he arrived. He assessed the outage and explained that, unfortunately, the unit had to be replaced. At that point, I was seriously concerned about the many issues surrounding a replacement. Arthur said, "No, worries Jimmy. We'll get you operation pretty quickly" The following morning, Blair service arrived at my residence with a complete new system. It was impressive to watch them work. Boy, do they know their stuff. I was up and operational in less than four hours. Their work ethic was also impressive. Down to the clean-up. The work space was left immaculate. Please send my appreciation to these service reps for a job well done. Blair A/C is [without a doubt] one of the finest HVAC service companies. Thank you for the exceptional service!”
