I have nothing but praise for Lara and her company Lara Allen-Brett Designs. It has been a great experience working with Lara on two separate projects. Her knowledge of design and her work ethic is superior. She can bring any room to life, while being very considerate of the budget set. We look forward to hopefully working with her on other projects.

Lara helped me with my downsizing, deciding what furnishings to keep and which to replace as we moved to a townhome. Then she helped me select new furniture and decorate the new place. Unlike most decorators I’ve worked with, she was very willing to work with what I had where possible instead of insisting everything be replaced. I would highly recommend Lara!

Lara is very sharp, precise and a quick decision maker. She has an excellent eye for design and scale. She can open up a room and make it brighter with up to date furnishings. We both enjoyed working with her. Her service was excellent and she was on top of any scheduling that we needed. She has referrals to assist with painting and handy man work that were also excellent. She got our house ready to go on the market in a few weeks and we sold in less than 3 weeks thanks to her design work.

Lara’s responsiveness, creativity, and attention to detail combined together to create a beautiful and very functional bedroom for my daughter.
