“I typically don't take time to write reviews but was so impressed and pleased with my experience with Elisa Poole as my design professional that I felt credit should be given where credit is due. Elisa completed a full kitchen and two bathroom remodel/design for me on very short notice. She was exremely knowledgable on every aspect of the process and her attention to detail was incredible. She picked up on some errors with measurements that our GC missed that could have potentially been several thousand dollars in wasted expense if the error had not been discovered. She listened to my preferences and aesthetic while introducing extremely valuable and functional design ideas to the project that I would have never thought of. She was instrumental in my project getting off the ground quickly, efficiently and correctly from the on set by communicating directly with the GC and the materials vendors.
