The aspects of her service that were particularly high value to us included: 1. Understanding our needs and ideas and incorporating them into the design where feasible. 2. Respecting our budget through the whole process to ensure we received good value for money. 3. Full involvement with cabinet suppliers to ensure that our needs were met. She went to all the appointments with the suppliers and helped us select the best product for the money. She worked with the suppliers to resolve issues and concerns during the selection process. 4. She produced high quality computer generated drawings of the design which helped us make decisions and helped specify requirements with the suppliers. Subsequently she reviewed the suppliers fabrication drawings to ensure the design met the initial specifications. 5. She completed a pre-selection of several options of materials such as flooring and back splash and brought samples to our house to make final selections. 6. Jessica is easy to work with, is timely, and put the utmost priority on providing a product that met our needs and wishes. “I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”
