I hired Connie Cooper in June 2018 to do a full house design project. It was a fun and creative experience. Connie was a real pleasure to work with- accommodating, personable and open to all my ideas. Connie has a large resource pool and there was nothing we couldn't accomplish from wallpapering, a new kitchen, custom furniture and fixtures. I would highly recommend her and would use her expertise again.

Decorating a new California Ranch Farmhouse that I was building in California remotely, while residing in a Mansard Victorian home in Connecticut was a daunting task. I was downsizing to a new smaller house with a kitchen/dining/living Great Room. Connie was able to do CAD drawings of the room layouts for the placement and sizing of the furniture and rugs for optimal space usage, site views and room flow. She assisted in helping me choose quality stylish furniture, that could still be enjoyed by my four grandchildren. She arranged the shipment of all the furniture to a receiver where it was held until I could close and move in. What a relief!

Connie is a true professional. She has great attention to detail and perfect eye for matching colors. She is not afraid to rethink a design. I asked her to push me out of my comfort zone of super "traditional" and she presented ideas that were "safe" and some that pushed me a bit. I discovered that I really love transitional design. She is also very patient - which is a wonderful trait especially for someone like me who does not know that much about design and scared to make a decision. Working with her has been a joy. I love what she has done with my home!!

I worked with Connie to redecorate my Living Room, Sunroom, Family Room and Kitchen. She did a phenomenal job helping my husband and I to choose the right pieces that suited our taste and style. Wonderful experience working with Connie. She is very patient, very professional, excellent color sense and excellent at spacial planning. She helped me select curtains, cushions, and pillows for my living room and dining room. Because the rooms are large with many windows, I wanted to stay within a certain price range for the fabric. She showed me many samples and we selected a beautiful one that was within my budget. I love the way it all turned out, even more beautiful than I originally anticipated. She even ordered al sample of the curtain rod finials so I could see them in person, very helpful. She is delightful to work with and I consider her a friend! In my design work for Karen Berkemeyer Home, Connie and I have teamed up on projects to select and specify cabinetry, stone and tile for her clientele in residential home design. My husband and I hired Connie to assist us with the renovation of a 40 year old townhouse, we purchase as part of a job change and downsizing. We were on very tight timeline. Connie helped me find my style when we moved into an extremely contemporary home. I discovered that I had transitional before that term was in vogue... She warmed up a very cold space with great color and texture. We did a lot of high and low priced pieces and ultimately we had a classic fresh, welcoming look. We hired Connie to design a new bathroom from start to finish. Connie was a pleasure to work with, she was creative, knew how to “translate” our thoughts into beautiful colors and items exactly to our taste. Connie Cooper is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. We hired Connie to help us furnish our newly built home. There were many rooms to be done and Connie helped us get them completed. Connie is a wonderful designer! She has great taste and style. She has really good skills at putting a room together. I adore the two rooms she did for us! She also is super easy to get along with, very likeable and nice. Very flexible and works really hard for her clients. The projects were expensive but she does try to keep costs down. She has a very good network of vendors. I highly recommend her. I will continue to use her and wish she could redecorate my whole house! I feel very lucky to have found her!

Connie has decorated many rooms in our house and done some individual decorating in other areas. Her ideas....color/fabric choice, style and design has always been excellent and we personally enjoy the work but also get positive compliments from guests.
