I wanted to gift my daughter a calm beautiful space and Josh delivered! Josh created a peaceful bedroom that I even want to use to destress. He is a talented designer who took into consideration my need for function, beauty and tranquility. The room is lovely and Josh made the process enjoyable and fun. If you are looking for someone who puts his heart in his work, Josh is your designer.

Josh started working with us from the time we placed an offer on our new home. He patiently partnered with us through the design process, understanding our budget and offering several pricing design options. He helped us find and coordinate with our painters, flooring, carpenters, etc. We were under a tight deadline between close of the house, construction and move-in to get the work done, furniture delivered and the house completed for a dinner party we were having the week after moving in. Our house is stunning! I do not have a creative vision whatsoever for seeing what a potential design could look like. I did hold my breath a few times as Josh pushed us out of our comfort zone and we are beyond thrilled we listened to him. He has an incredible eye! He also has the ability to incorporate items you own, mixed with his beautiful additions to bring them together for a gorgeous home. We worked with Josh for the first time on our previous home and he was our first call even before putting in the offer on our new home. We highly recommend him!

Josh was recommended to me by someone I know personally. He was wonderful to work with. He listened to me and provided me with options and made great recommendations. There were times when my wants or ideas weren't realistic, or there was a better solution. He patiently and professionally walked me through his thinking each time I had questions or concerns. Absolutely love Josh! He’s the best designer we’ve worked with bc he not only has great vision and taste but he’s so responsive. Our home has taken years to build but Josh has been very patient throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful we have Josh’s help to make our house a beautiful home.

Josh takes great care in listening to the wants and needs of this clients. I had a small project that I was struggling with for a year. Josh came in, worked with some items I had in the house then took me out to shop and add the extra flavor that my space needed. You cannot ask for a more caring, talented designer to help make your house a home.

Josh Petty is an excellent designer. He brings a ln excellent vision and, unlike many designers I’ve worked with, adapts to your budgets, preferences, and use of your existing pieces if they work.He is an excellent communicator with all involved in the project. In fact communication is a hallmark that he prides himself on. He tolerates my late night texts with new ideas and directions (though he won’t necessarily text back at 2 am!). I would (and have) strongly recommended him to others.

It was a pleasure working with Josh. I found him extremely easy to work with during my complete remodel. Josh made the process far less stressful and actually enjoyable. I am very pleased with the finished product and he did it all within budget!! I would definitely use him again!
