Lauren is an artistically driven person by always integrating creativity into her life and feels destined to live her life dedicated to Interior Design. The art of design is an inherent instinct but also a learned skill, Lauren trained in the field for two years at a high-end residential Interior design Firm. She graduated with honors with an Associates Degree in Interior Design from Scottsdale Community College, earned a 3-year Professional Certificate in Interior Design and completed a Bachelors Degree in Public Management from NAU. Finding great pleasure in studying and perfecting the main elements of design, these include an understanding of shape, color, texture, light and rhythm in a manner complementary to the vicinity. These elements are memorized, implemented and practiced on a regular basis. She prides herself on creating personal, customized & pleasant spaces for each client individually Residential based Interior Design Services: Design Consultation - Discussing ideas and working with client to create a cohesive design. help clients utilize living space by arranging furniture, lighting and other fixtures, create design plans and select color schemes and styles. Interior Design - Specification and Selection of Furniture & Soft goods including but not limited to bedding, bath accessories, window treatments, accessories, etc. Assist in purchasing and installation of total design. Available for modifying existing spaces or remodeling and redesigning. Floor Plans - Drafting Floor plans for Real estate, construction or permit purpose. Includes on site measure and Floor Plan Drawings. In addition to floor plans 3-D models and other presentation techniques. Specification - Creating a package design including specification of fixtures, furniture and construction materials & construction drawings Project Management -Planning and guiding project processes from start to finish, including management of sub-contractors and utilization of the design plan.
