If perfection, creative, professional, and efficient are descriptions for a preferred designer Robert Nelson is the person.. During the COVID lockdown I decided to redo my living room. I live in Atlanta, and Robert was in NYC. Within 5 minutes he had my floorpan online and was placing possible furniture arrangements. Samples of wood, fabrics, etc. were sent to me, as well as, a plethora of pictures of my potential selected pieces to fit perfectly in my floorplan. Then I decided to make a few enhancements in my bedroom. Once again pictures were sent with suggestions, even utilizing artwork I already had. During the decision making process Robert returned phone calls, emails and/or texts in a timely manner. Delivery was flawless due to Robert's expertise and planning. Bottom line...Robert Nelson is an asset to Ethan Allen and therefore, an amazing designer who takes great pride in his work.

Robert is a great salesmen. He helped us order our bookcases for the best price available. He was always easily assessable, friendly, professional and eager to help guarantee the best service possible. If you are purchasing anything with Ethan Allen, I recommend Robert as he will give you the best service and that is not an easy find these days!!

Robert did everything from helping me chose great pieces for my small NYC apartment to taking payments for my furniture. As if that weren't enough, Robert went above and beyond when, on a moments notice, he changed my chair upholstery from flowers to a beautiful solid to better fit into my apartment design. Robert Nelson is an INCREDIBLE designer and a pleasure to work with. The minute I walked into the store I felt extremely taken care of and that my dream design was able to come to life!
