We worked with Adrienne on two completely different projects! A high rise condo in the heart of Downtown and our Summer River House in the midwest. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, Inventive, Honest, and is extremely experienced in Construction. She has numerous resources and when you see the project at it's completion, you will be exceptionally pleased! She is a joy to work with and has an outstanding assistant (Jennifer) who handles anything and everything. I have worked with several designers in the past, but never worked with someone of this calilber. Adrienne is truly exceptional!!!!!

Adrienne has successfully taken on and completed three different projects over a period of six years. She has furnished a bachelor apartment. She has designed, furnished, and repurposed items for a larger high rise apartment. She has also worked to renovate and restore a large 19th century river house. In all cases Adrienne produced many great ideas. She is collaborative and truly works to put her creative stamp on residences that delight the eye and yet are comfortable to inhabit. She is very cost conscious and works to honor a budget. Adrienne works hard and produces great results. Three cheers and five stars for Adrienne.

Adrienne was a godsend during our total renovation of our 1980s home. She steered us through every phase of the project, during the pandemic and its challenges. Adrienne is always sunny and encouraging and was the perfect liaison with our builder and her cadre of vendors. I cannot recommend Smalls and Interiors enough! We did a full bathroom remodel after buying our new home last November. Adrienne Sams was hired to provide interior decorating services for our new house. My husband and I were extremely overwhelmed with the prospect of decorating or new home but she made everything so simple and easy. Adrienne’s utilization of Pinterest made picking furniture, rugs, tables, and other items to decorate the spaces so convenient and provided us many different options in one app. She also worked with our budget and provided items across all price levels and explained the differences in materials. I feel so much more educated about different materials and products and feel like my husband and I made choices that will last. Adrienne had a y’all task as my husband and I have completely different tastes but she was able to mesh our styles and we couldn’t have been happier with the end product. Thank you, Adrienne. We were looking for a designer or an architect who would be able to draw a plan for the bathroom remodel, while Adrienne is an idea person. When the misunderstanding became apparent, she refunded the money. Thank you!

We contracted Adrienne to help us with lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, hardware, tile and art in our newly constructed home. She did a wonderful job finding beautiful items that also fit our budget. We highly recommend her!

Adrienne Sams is incredible. This is the fourth home she has designed/decorated for me. Each had a very different feel (from a ranch house to a Spanish eclectic to a modern high rise condominium), but each was beautifully and individually done. Adrienne can work with any budget to keep costs under control but the final project is always elegant. She tailors the look to her client's tastes in a very individual way - we feel that our décor totally reflects us and incorporates many items we already owned. Finally, Adrienne handles all phases of the project - from finishes, design, draperies, and furnishings - and coordinates well with a variety of contractors.

My husband and I hired Adrienne about 5 years ago when we moved into a newly purchased house. At that point we focused on making do with what we had and she creatively helped make our old stuff come alive in a new environment. After our initial visit she gave us a detailed list of room by room suggestions that we could tackle whenever we were ready. We added a few new pieces over the years and finally, last Spring we were ready to do some major work: repaint and re-carpet the whole house, re-floor the family room, and re-do the deck outside and make it into an outdoor room. Adrienne was with us every step of the way, providing options that simplified our decision making. The great reveal came at Christmas time when we finally finished the accessorizing and we finally feel like our house has become the home we have wanted. Even our adult children were impressed with the results. My husband describes Adrienne as a "cheerleader" for interior decorating. We have a tendency to become overwhelmed by making decisions and spending money, and she worked within our budget and made it fun. She is bright, talented, energetic and able to help couples with divergent opinions come to a positive agreement. We started with a decorator and now have a friend. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

Adrienne came to the table full of ideas and vision for our 1950's house that had too many walls and was outdated. Walls came down! Her help and guidance through the process was unmatched. We loved all of her ideas and her incorporation of our style and repurposing our old relics into a whole new look. She was very budget conscious to our needs. Our kitchen is modern and comfortable, finally with a working island, loads of added storage space and style. Paint colors inviting. Her vision for our fireplace tile WOW's all that see with a most unique tile. The time she spent working us through the process to capture our vision of the home we always wanted. Adrienne's resources and teams of workers and installers were so professional and unparalleled! I can't wait to do the bathrooms. My house is truly a joy to come home to. I still pinch myself, is this mine?! Again and Again you are fabulous!
