He was very patient with us in offering several suggestions, drawings and ideas on how to solve the problem. After we sent him photos of styles we liked, he gave us a reasonable quote and concerns with certain aspects in a very timely manner. He was on time for appointments, punctual for meetings and on schedule for the project along with quote. He followed up with installation, great cleanup and re enforcement for stability.
