One Week Bath, Inc.

I recently reached out to One Week Bath for assistance installing an additional grab bar in our shower. Upgrading our master bath in 2018 had been a very positive experience. Just as their ads state, the materials were first rate, the crew was skilled and the work was accomplished on schedule. We expected quality workmanship but were most impressed by how the crew cleaned up after themselves every day. Any renovation involves some chaos and dislocation but everyone made an extra effort to restore livable conditions at the end of each workday. Now, four years later, we wanted to add a grab bar within the shower stall for added security. This is very much an extra service so we made it clear to Sweeny, the One Week Bath coordinator, that we didn’t expect this work to be performed as a warranty service; we expected to be charged. Sweeny offered to consult and alert me what the cost might be. Later she informed me that there would be no charge for the service. Steve, the technician, came by promptly at the arranged time and made a very careful installation. He was both pleasant and professional. And, we were also pleased to note that he measured twice, as the saying goes, to ensure that all three screws at each mounting point bit into studs. It’s a solid installation. His work on this addition was of a piece with the original crew. He spread out towels to protect the shower tub while working. When done, he cleaned up all traces of the work. As installed, the new grab bar is indistinguishable from original installation. The accompanying pictures respectively show: Frankie, the original crew leader, watching with approval as the Building Inspector signs off on the work Steve, the technician assigned to install the additional grab bar Steve making careful measurements to ensure a solid installation.

Using One Week Bath was the best decision I made for my rental house remodel. I redid the kitchen and bathroom, and turned a closet into a powder room...during a pandemic. The process was seamless and stress-free. Meeting with Matt and Kiera, my project designer, over Zoom covered all the vision and design choices. Brian and Armando and their team brought it to life. It was all done in 3 weeks, they were on top of everything, and any issues were taken care of immediately. I enthusiastically recommend Matt and his company.

The people I worked with were wonderful from design to finish and even post-finish for misc repairs/touch-ups. I loved that everything was decided on well in advance, and all of the supplies needed for the project arrived on Day 1. I felt the cost was high, the communication was lacking at times and the job felt a little bit rushed toward the end. BUT I got a brand new bathroom in less than 2 weeks, and it seems that customer service will gladly come and do any sort of repairs when necessary. :)

One Week Bath remodeled both our bathrooms and took care of all details, licenses, inspections and work, even handling unexpected snags at their quoted fixed price. All work was completed in a timely manner and finished professionally. Workers were pleasant to deal with, came timely every day, working hard throughout their shifts. Very clean. All we had to do was select our materials and lay out the design we wanted. Their professional design team assisted greatly in the selection of materials and the design. We are very pleased and would gladly use One Week Bath again if we had more than our two bathrooms!

This is a first-rate company. If you’re remodeling a bathroom, these are the people to call. The workmen are employees—not subs, which means complete accountability. The customer service was unsurpassed from design advice and material management to installation. My crew led by Brian and Javier was fantastic. They arrived on time every morning and cleaned up at the end of the day. They answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. This was truly the best remodeling experience ever.

We love our bathroom. One week bath was amazing. We worked with Brian, Armando and team, and they were awesome. The company is extremely professional. Everyday when they leave they clean up and we would have no idea they were even in our house. We hated the floors we picked after they put them down and they ordered us new floors and put them in again at no cost. I'm so grateful we chose them. We didn't leave our house once to pick out any materials. They did everything for us. They may be a little more expensive but by the time you consider all the re-dos and last minute touches they probably end up being the same price with no headache. I can't say enough good things!!!

We have had the absolute BEST experience with One Week Bath! We have a 1960's tract home, and wanted to add a shower to the downstairs bath, as well as completely redo the 2 upstairs bathrooms. I interviewed 3 other companies before finding One Week Bath - and they seemed good, but I didn't really know where to start when picking out tile and fixtures etc. One Week Bath made the process super simple. We did a survey, and then picked photos of bathroom ideas that we liked, made notes and sent them to OWB. When they came to meet with me, they had samples already picked out based on everything we had shared. They did their homework and really nailed it, saving us a lot of time! They understood our budget limitations. They helped guide us so we could have something we could afford and really love. The crew was amazing - always showed up on time, always cleaned up, always friendly and explained everything each day. Every single person seemed happy to be doing their job, and took great pride in their work. Matt and Brian really go the extra mile and have even helped us with questions 2 months after the job is done. We love our bathrooms. Thank you, One Week Bath!

Their sales process is VERY slow and complicated. Almost feels like they want to discourage a potential client. At first they weren't returning my calls and then it was a lot of back and forth without answering my direct and concise questions. I had to make 3 calls and have 10 email exchanges before I've learned that they weren't even going to bother to give me an estimate. I ended up going with someone else.

I cannot say enough positive things about One Week Bath. They were wonderful from beginning to end. Their workers showed up on time and ready to work each day. They cleaned up before they left and were an absolute delight. The bathroom looks great. There were a few odds and ends that needed to fixed and they were right back at my place to make sure I was happy.

One Week Bath just completed my Master bath and Guest Bath remodels. Their unique model fit my requirements perfectly and their work was excellent. Like some of my friends and colleagues, I wanted to remodel but was terrified to move forward due to the traditional construction horror stories. When I read about One Week Bath's model, I tentatively decided to try it and am so glad I did. Now, I can't imagine having construction and remodels done any other way or by any other company. The client first meets with the designer. After detailed plans are finalized, the project date is set and materials are ordered. The client is assigned a 3 man team that shows up every day, all day, until completion of the job. They have all materials ready therefore there isn't any waiting for parts or units to come in. Unlike other construction company models, you don't have to wonder if and who will show up each day. Frankie, Jessie, and Luis were the assigned crew and they were terrific and did fantastic work. They laid protective floor covering, covered furniture with plastic, and cleaned up daily before leaving. Matt (owner and founder) accommodated all my requests, and Brian ensured the job was on schedule. My two bathrooms were gutted to the studs and both remodels were completed in 3 weeks with new vanities, toilets, showers, floor and wall tile, tub, which was amazing. I was so happy with both bathrooms that I just signed up for a complete kitchen remodel and can't wait for it to start! You pay for what you get, and One Week Bath's results and fast completions are worth it!

I am in the Construction Management industry and am involved with large construction projects. So I know and understand the construction process. When my wife and I came across an add for One Week Bath I was a bit skeptical about what was being advertised. But we decided to give them a try because we did not want to have the construction of our Master Bath take months to do. After our first phone call with them I was convinced they could do the job. We had our design meeting and I was even more comfortable. Their process to walk you though the design of your space was very well done and we liked what we came up with very much. The time they said it would take was longer than one week but they explained that very well to us. Our design was for a big bath with a very large shower so it was not surprising to us that it would take longer. We established the date to get started and they began right on schedule. Their construction crews were very professional and very nice to us as the construction process moved along. Since OWB does most of the work themselves their Foreman worked with us closely to refine the details as we moved along. This made all the difference in the world. I can get rather picky with how things are done and they responded very positively with everything I brought up. I did some of the work myself, like building and installing the cabinets and they worked with me very closely. I also had an outside vendor put in our countertop and that was also a very seamless process. They kept the room and the adjacent bedroom very clean and did not go home until they did a good cleanup everyday. Our Master Bath came out just as we had envisioned it and we could not be more happier with the look, quality and craftsmanship that we got with the construction. They finished the work as scheduled and we love the Bathroom. I cannot say enough good about the overall product that One Week Bath delivers. They are a first class company. They say what the do and do what they say and I highly recommend them to anyone.

THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE WERE THE BEST ! ONE WEEK BATH and BRIAN are amazing and if you can get Oscar and Rudy and Berto too then you are sitting pretty . The owner is a Prince and his BRIAN is truly amazing ! Great people WITH GREAT TALENT! it was ( i mean this seriously ) a JOY and the outcome was beyond beautiful! and they started with a mess OLD bathrooms ! now THEY LOOK LIKE SPAS! WE LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOMS! there were a few glitches but they came back to fix EVERYTHING and they did it with integrity and kindness AND skill! They respect their boss a ton. they are good and tight crew and they are great to their clients. i know this because they treated us and our home with love and respect AND my friends that hired them had the exact same experience.. they are a one stop shop.. they come in to your home ( or you go to them) spend time picking out each appliance and paint and tile et et .. but after that they dive right in . no waiting for some pipe or the wrong color .. they have everything ordered in a short time and ready to go.. EVERY aspect of their work was top of the line! IF WE COULD GIVE THEM MORE POINTS WE WOULD. Matt and his team were amazing. We were very hesitant and nervous about the remodel of our master bath as we had not done a remodel before. We interviewed others and continued to delay the project each year as we heard so many nightmarish bathroom remodel stories from friends, until we met Matt. He kept his promises about budget and timing and delivered even more than we expected. His team arrived and departed according to plan, were extremely neat and even protected our very new hardwood floors (which they had to walk across numerous times daily) from any damage. Our bathroom is everything we hoped for and have been enjoying it for nearly a year now. We are now considering a total remodel of our kitchen and have no hesitation in hiring Matt and his team to do this....actually looking forward to having his team in our home again. I recently used One Week Bath for a partial bathroom remodel and was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. The remodel was painless. One Week Bath remodeled 2 1/2 bathrooms in my home. I can honestly say that I was very pleased with their work. Their organization is really impressive, with all the materials ready before the job started, efficient work, skilled workers and super fast. It was a relief that my husband didn't need to get involved. Matt was very honest and straight forward with us about the job. They were a pleasure and I have recommended them to many. P.S. It's a good idea to have a plan and know what you want before they come. Their website is really helpful with lots of great photos.

We are thrilled to see our universal design bathroom on Houzz! One Week Bath did both of our bathrooms in 2009. Our guest bath was a quickie one-week redo (and came out great!), but our master bath was the main remodel (and took a little over 2 weeks.) We wanted to make the master bathroom accessible for a wheelchair (my husband uses an electric wheelchair for his MS), but still make it feel luxurious for the both of us - not like a "handicapped" bathroom. We designed a shower that my husband can transfer easily from his wheelchair to a built-in tiled bench with no curb, door, or curtain necessary. I also LOVE using the shower because it is so large and spa-like. The cabinets and granite countertop are still beautiful four years later, and my husband has plenty of room to move around the bathroom and access his sink. One Week Bath was very easy with whom to work, the quality of work was excellent, plus they were always friendly yet respectful. My husband and I highly recommend One Week Bath for your bathroom remodel. After four years, we are still super satisfied. The bathroom still looks brand new and has had no problems, and we would make no modifications to what we designed together with One Week Bath. We were so pleased with Matt and his team, we contracted a kitchen remodel. We are still loving our bathroom done in 2012. These guys are the best! Very professional, responsive and diligent. Matt is a perfectionist, which is the kind of work I wanted. My neighbors thought the work was beautiful. One of my neighbors hired another company because they were a bit cheaper. They are still working on her bathroom after 6 months. She is kicking herself for not going with One Week Bath. Brian and Jose are wonderful also. I highly recommend these guys!!!!! A happy customer

This was our second bathroom and third remodel with One Week Bath. What can I say. Our experience is why we keep coming back. Matt and Brian helped us design the most beautiful and space efficient bathroom. We feel like we are on vacation when we are in it! The work was done, as promised, within the two week window; the rest of our home didn't feel like there was a room under construction; and the staff working in our home were (as always) respectful, friendly, helpful and fun! Oscar was in for a few finishing touches and is just the greatest. Matt and his team are amazing, as is the quality of their work. We are sorry we are out of bathrooms to remodel! Matt Plaskoff and ONE WEEK BATH is nothing short of amazing! I was very tentative in my decision to remodel my two bathrooms and kitchen having never done such a project before. Matt and his team were so patient and kind to me. They offered helpful suggestions, gentle guidance and respected every choice I made. There was NEVER any attempt to 'upsell' during the process. The whole experience was pain free and with gorgeous results. I am SO happy with the craftsmanship and final results. I LOVE my new kitchen and bathrooms. One Week Bath is the Nordstroms of bathroom remodeling. They provide five star customer service, quality, and professionalism. Matt met with me for five hours to select the items for the renovation of my two bathrooms. I'm sure my lack of budget combined with hesitation toward the project was a challenge for him, but he did a great job of managing me through the process. The crew did meticulous work (especially with the shower and floor tiling) and was most impressive when they came up against issues (no job is without them). They always had a solution in play before I was even aware of the issue. When my 60+ year old house posed things that needed to be fixed, they fixed them. They didn't simply slap tile over the issue to cover it up. They live up to their name and complete a bathroom renovation within a week. A key to their ability to keep to the promised timeline is the extent of their documentation and communication. Great News! They also remodel kitchens!
