We purchased two sinks for our Mediterranean style home and Tomas was a pleasure to work with. We received the sinks ahead of schedule and we could not be happier with how our bathroom remodel turned out Thank you, Jennifer S.

Ordered a sink for a project in Naples Florida. Explained the Urgency of receiving the sink In a safe and timely manner. After waiting for weeks which caused substantial delay And expense I was told the sink was made wrong by the artisan. After several days of trying to call the factory and repeatedly getting the canned message that they are at the factory in Mexico, yes the whole company, I finally received a notice days later that they would remake the sink once again. After waiting over two more weeks the sink arrived in Naples Florida in pieces and in a unprotected fashion. The sink was clearly lacking adequate protective shipping material. At this point it has cost us over a month of delay and great expense. We had to delay the granite countertops and completion of the cabinetry since you cannot template this sink, as each one is a different size, so I was told. Now here's the best part, After waiting over a week for the common courtesy of a phone call or email, I finally received a reply which led to another two week delay. And guess what, the sink was remade and this one has a chip in it. You can't make this stuff up. Clearly, the frustration does not lie in the cost of the sink, but rather the expense and hardship of losing nearly 2 months in a time sensitive project. My suggestion quite simply, deal with a company where someone Actually answers the phone and Shows true concern for their customers. This company does not.

Casa Daya was very helpful and helpful in its providing tile to us. They responded very quickly to all inquiries and were more than generous with their accommodations. We are more than pleased with their service and quick turn-around.
