There were no hidden cost - once the price was agreed upon. Kevin was always available to listen and address any concerns. He took care of all of the details and permits. “I have hired Mike for numerous projects. From Bathroom tile, kitchen floor, carpentry, and rebuilding my shed that was about to collapse. Mike has done fantastic work on every project. However, the best part of working with Mike is his honesty and integrity. If he says he will be there, you can count on it. On a few occassions he has even offered cheaper alternatives due to his experience because he understands the value of his name. The best review I can leave is that I have recommended him to numerous friends and family who have hired him and I always get positive feedback from them. There are no negatives with hiring Mike. He pays attention to detail and to making sure the finished product matches your desires.”

She's a genius with CAD, and really "gets" different design looks. I have worked with her on very traditional projects as well as very contemporary ones. “Oxland Builders have done a few projects for us. The biggest one was adding a ceiling into an open 2 story living space. I do not have one complaint!! Every contractor that came into our home was prompt, respectful, polite and even great with the children running around. And they were neat. But most important is that they did an excellent job. I repeat, I have not one single complaint...they even finished on time! What?? Yes, it's true. Highly recommended.”

“Over a period covering 2013 - 2014 Godfrey Remodeled our Master Bedroom, the Master Bathroom, third floor Bathroom and installed a Murphy Bed in the Living Room. All jobs were completed totally to our satisfaction, on time, and within budget. Pat Godfrey worked hard to meet our desired design, working with us to choose best materials. If they had not relocated our of our area, we would still be calling on Godfrey Remodeling for additional projects.”
