Provided written estimates covering each step of the way. Adhered to the agreed upon timeline. Some things had to be changed due to inclement weather with minimal discomfort. She helped us design our kitchen remodel to our taste and scheduled the work promptly giving us a calendar with specific dates for each phase of the work. The work was done as it was scheduled and the workmen were competent, polite and skilled. They cleaned up each day before they left and were eager to do the job to our satisfaction. Occasionally they were delayed in arriving, but always managed to complete the work so the schedule would not be delayed. They returned to complete any adjustments or changes required. Their English was limited some- what, but we managed to communicate. We are delighted with our new kitchen!”

This can be difficult at times for professional contractors to deal with clients that may not completely understand the building process and the reasoning's or cost aspects behind doing things a certain way. Tony is very likable and knows how to put the customer first. One of the many things that impressed me was his working with his sons and the work ethic that he instills in those that work with him as well as their professionalism and respectfulness to their client . I took a week + off work just so I could experience a week working with them and enjoy building my dream with them. Being from a larger GC builder out of NVA this brought me back to my early memories of building and why I loved it.”
