I hired Kevin for a pretty significant job, gave him over $117K to start the project, and buy materials however he used to the funds on other projects and when it was time to start the project he didn't have any of the materials he claimed he was purchasing. He was only able to produce some stone he had ordered in the beginning. He promised me he would pay me back I have not seen a dime from him. The worst part was the pool builder had done the exact same thing to me and he was deplored how someone could just take your money and not start the job. Kevin did the exact same thing.

At the beginning Kevin and his team were working very hard and nice at the end they left my project unfinished promised several time to come back and finish and they never showed up left some of my cabinets with holes on them without installing the hardware Plus damaged one of my drawers It was very stressful working with Kevin and his crew .

My wife and I hired Evergreen McKinney, owned by Kevin Graham, as our contractor for a significant kitchen remodeling project at our home in McKinney. Kevin and Luann transformed our tired boring kitchen into a beautiful and functional showplace where we now enjoy spending lots of time. Kevin and Luann also took our tiny, non-functional laundry room and expanded it into a large walk-in laundry and craft room where our kids now spend lots of time making fun creations. Kevin was sensitive to our budget and time constraints and made every effort to keep us happy. And happy we are. We can’t wait to work with them on our next home remodeling project”.
