“My present home in Carmel, NY is the 8th restoration which I have undertaken--7 of which were historic dwellings, from as early as 1720 and 1740--that included outbuildings as well. The restoration of this c. 1920 cottage was accomplished with the expertise and professionalism of Mr Constantino and the competent sub-contractors which he engaged. Mr Constantino's superb skills as a finish carpenter, tile setter and mason, as well as his innate good taste and technical expertise have produced wonderful results. The project included the almost total re-building of the main house: entry, living room, office-library, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; the fireplace chimney required an interior reconstruction; the large open porch has become a delightful 3-season room; and the separate garage was insulated, sheet-rocked, painted. In addition. It was evident that all of the sub-contractors hold this contractor and his associates in the highest regard. In addition, at the end of each work-day, the job-site was left in mint condition. It would be a privilege to recommend RoSal as an experienced, knowledgeable, reliable and ethical contractor.”

“Don & Larry were fantastic to work with. They developed a very creative plan for a challenging space and executed it with great skill. We were very comfortable with and confident in their project leadership throughout the entire process, and the only surprise that came up during our total kitchen rebuild project was dealt with quickly and professionally. “Lane Bonadies and his crew finished my basement and I could not be happier! The work was done in a timely fashion and it looks amazing! Lane followed the design that he originally showed me and then threw in a few unexpected conveniences along the way, including a fold out table for folding clothes in the laundry area, and a built-in book case in the family room. Lane and his workers were prompt, efficient, and incredibly neat. His level of professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. I highly recommend Lane Bonadies General Contracting!”

“Our house is old (1877) and the cement basement floor was uneven. Robert solved the problem of unevenness without having to jack hammer the existing floor and pouring a new one. We are very satisfied with the result, and the way he went about the work. We were regularly updated, and when we had to order more tile, he worked around the week until the needed tile became available. Highly recommended.”
