If you are looking for professional services that are attentive to customer care and support, Carmen Deveau and all of her team at Houstone Enterprises are the wright choice, for any size of a home project you may have. As a retiree, I was looking for a cost effective solution, that would fit my budget, for a small countertop project and Carmen was prompt and competitive with her response and was able to accommodate my needs. Kudos, to the installation team, they were neat and efficient in their work, they even left their shoes at the door before entering my home.

I was so pleased with my experience with Houstone, in particular Kimberly, who was genuinely interested in helping me find the right countertop within my budget. She was so patient with me taking my time and exploring many different options. She was also responsive, made great recommendations and kind/thoughtful through entire process. We recently needed an upgrade to our kitchen in Whistler and came across Kimberly at Houstone. She was incredibly helpful right from the start and really understood our needs. She did not try to upsell us and provided us with a ton of options that would work for us. It made the reno so much easier as we were able to both our counters and cabinet refacing done by Houstone. Kimberly was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and she responded quickly to our communications. The finished product was even better than expected. We would definitely use them again and would recommend Houstone to anyone looking to renovate.

Kimberly in Squamish helped us get educated on the products and price ranges and helped us narrow down where we should be with our budget. She made us feel important with our project and was able to hit all our tight timelines. She put this into motion faster than we expected and we are super happy with the end result. The measurement and installation team cannot be left out either. They were very skilled at what they do. In order to keep the cost down they were able to do it all in one measurement and installation for the counters and the backsplash and it looks amazing. I highly recommend this company. The entire process was seamless and stress free!

What a great experience we have had with Houstone from beginning to end. We were doing a full kitchen renovation and we were looking for a countertop. A good friend, who is a contractor, recommended Houstone, and specifically Angela. Everything went fantastic from start to finish. Angela was just great to deal with. She presented many options at different price points to begin with. Then after we narrowed things down to a few designs, she gave us more options based on those choices. She was attentive and extremely informative throughout the whole process. Pricing was great, and there were no hidden costs. The Houstone team made several visits to survey the site and conduct measurements and their attention to detail and friendly manner was top notch. One portion of our countertop install was particularly difficult and the installers did an excellent job! We truly appreciated the high quality of work and excellent customer service overall. I was very happy I chose Houstone to install new countertops and backsplash in my kitchen. They had a wide variety of finishes from which to choose as well as very reasonably-priced faucets and sinks. What set them apart from some of the other companies I received quotes from was that they included the removal of my existing tiles/countertop, and installation of the new materials, including my new sink, faucet, soap dispenser and garburetor. It was so nice to have them provide a one-stop solution in a timely and professional manner. Even when I saw a slight adjustment I wanted made to one piece of the backsplash, they made the change quickly and professionally.

From the service when choosing the countertop to follow up to make sure we on the same time line to come in when the counters were installed. They were on time with the measuring date and install dates. Never have I experienced such Genuine, Accurate and Quality service. The Team is so dedicated and detailed, in every regard, from measurement to Install, offering double edge (without my having to ask) Pure fabrication-perfection with the under-mount sink ... a flawless, stunning result. They went beyond my expectations. Do not be discouraged by lack of Beauty in the Showroom. Their products are excellent! This is by far thee most outstanding Customer Service and Quality Care I have received in as many years as I can recall. It took only 3 days from ordering the stone to Install...WOW! Unheard of. Our contractor JnL Reno recommended we give Houstone a try. We did and are happy to this point, as we are still doing Reno's. We went with Quartz kitchen c/t's with their sink/faucets. We have not yet finished kitchen, so we are not able to see and fully appreciate how they will enhance our project. However, i'm sure they will end up being the feature point of our kitchen. We built our house in 2003 and were able at that time to only use granite on the bar and the island of our kitchen. We left out the other counter tops in the remainder of the kitchen and bathrooms. This past November we hired Carmen and Houstone Enterprises to complete the rest of the counter tops. It was an excellent choice. They were professional from start to finish. Our granite in the kitchen was matched...they helped me find it. I chose the other granite pieces. I sent in rough measurements, for which I received a quote. They came and did the final measurements ( I live in Sechelt, so this was a ferry trip away), for an inexpensive amount. The day of installation was amazing. The crew that came worked all day from basically dawn to dusk. They were efficient, and worked so hard all day to complete the job. They did excellent work. I am so pleased with what they did ..the seams and backsplash were put in very well. I am still thrilled with the work. They were the most inexpensive company by far for what they did. I would highly recommend this company.

A few months ago I started a reno at home, so my wife and I walk all stones and countertops providers on Bridgeport Rd in Richmond and also some of the shops on Vickers Way in Richmond as well, because my wife wanted a very specific tone of stone to match with the decoration in the house and also fit our budget, in our long search up and down in Richmond area we ended in Houstone, they gave us some helpful advices and options of stones, tones of color, sinks and where to see them before to buy it in order not to make any mistakes, and the most important part for me (maybe not for my wife because she is always very picky and focus on colors and shapes) they were open to discuss to find a good price deal, this guys are very professional and respectful I really highly recommend them.
