IHR did a full remodel of our split level house. Remodeling two bathrooms, kitchen and more. We are thrilled with the quality of the final product. Bennett and his whole team are amazing, and we very highly recommend IHR! We recently did a full main floor remodel of our home, including our kitchen, two bathrooms, and several additional updates. Bennett has always been so responsive, professional, and friendly, and always took the time to ensure that we understood the process and every piece along the way. Bennett took the time to listen carefully to our initial thoughts, and provided creative, constructive suggestions and ideas that transformed our vague vision into our dream home! Bennett did a great job of providing recommendations when needed, but also gave us guidance so we felt empowered to make our own decisions with confidence as well. Bennett is very passionate and knowledgeable about his work, and always made sure every item that was selected would fit well with the overall design and vision, while also staying within our budget. Bennett also did a great job of keeping us informed about what exactly was going to be happening at our house each day, and provided routine updates on the progress. Even after our project was finished, Bennett has still been checking in with us to ensure everything is working properly and to our satisfaction, and he consistently goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions we have, no matter how minor. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to entrust our remodeling project to IHR, and we would definitely love to use them again for future remodeling projects!

Bennett worked with us to do a big kitchen remodel which involved moving the kitchen from one area of the house to another. We also worked with an interior designer (Kimberlee Marie Designs). Together they were an absolutely winning team that helped us create the kind of kitchen dreams are made of. If you want a 100% reliable contractor, a contractor who does what he says, turns up when he says he will and calls you back promptly when he misses your call Bennett is your guy! We really loved Bennett's 'fixed price bid'. It was such a comfort to know we knew the cost going into the remodel and wouldn't be stung with any surprises before it all kicked off. Bennett was incredibly diligent in his getting everything right and working with us to make it all beautiful. Bennett is a real perfectionist and insists his sub contractors work to his same high standards. We were never left with sub-par work or any sort of job not finished, he completely on top of it. The cherry on top of it all is Bennett is just a really lovely guy and was a pleasure to have in our home whilst doing all of this work. I would highly recommend Bennett to anyone thinking of doing any sort of remodel in their home be it big or small, he is just wonderful and we can't thank him enough. He's amazing.

We hired Bennett to perform a full kitchen remodel for our home - every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. We worked through a design that worked for us, maximized the space available to us (and even found the best design to match the space, at the lowest cost of all the options available to us), and ended up with a transformative space for our entire home. We had a lot of questions throughout the entire process - Bennett was always gracious with his time and more than willing to explain every option available to us (even going so far as to find additional solutions for us on multiple occasions). Bennett was thorough and on top of everything. We always felt we had an advocate with every contractor in our home - with him even going so far as to clean our space because some dust had made its way out. We got the project done with only a few small delays (entirely due to a couple cabinets being delivered in the incorrect configuration - which Bennett was able to get fixed promptly and at no cost to us) and on the budget we agreed to. I would give Innovated Home Renovations and Bennett my full throated endorsement and recommendation for anyone who wants a top notch remodel for their home. We'll definitely be going back when we want to get our bathroom done!
